1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging Cycle Middle East ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or commission our work.

2. Who we are

Cycle Middle East is a creative production agency registered in Egypt, with offices at Villa 174, 1 Mohamed Rahim ST, Elyasmin 1, New Cairo, Egypt. We provide event organising, exhibition booth design and production, media production and 3D design services.

3. Quotations & project agreements

All quotations issued by Cycle ME are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement begins only upon written acceptance (email is acceptable) and receipt of the agreed deposit. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms for each project are set out in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

4. Payment

5. Changes & cancellations

Material changes to a scoped project — added deliverables, expanded creative, schedule changes — may require a written change order and an updated fee. If a client cancels a confirmed project, deposits already paid are non-refundable to cover work and commitments already made; further compensation may be owed depending on how close to delivery the cancellation occurs.

6. Intellectual property

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

8. Warranties & limitations

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill, using qualified people and recognised industry standards. We do not, however, warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specific commercial outcome (sales, leads, attendance) will be achieved, or that third-party providers' performance will be perfect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle ME's total liability for any single project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost profits, reputational harm).

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, war, or major supplier failures. We will, however, work in good faith to mitigate the impact and reschedule where feasible.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information (strategy, pricing, unreleased creative, financial data) shared during a project private, except where required to deliver the work or by law.

11. Use of the website

You may browse and download materials from this site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit the content (text, images, videos, code) without our prior written permission.

Attempts to interfere with the site's operation — automated scraping, denial-of-service, security probing — are prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

12. Third-party links

This site links to external sites we don't control (social media, news outlets, partners). We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. For active project agreements, the Terms in effect at signing apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
