Terms of Service

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a separate statement of work (SOW).

These terms apply alongside any SOW; where they conflict, the SOW controls.

Final, paid-for deliverables transfer to you on full payment.

We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and source files, and the right to show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise in the SOW. Late payment may pause active work.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice; you remain responsible for work completed up to that point.
