If you are planning to exhibit in Egypt, the stand is the part buyers remember. This guide covers what an exhibition stand is, the choice between custom and modular, what a booth costs in Egypt, how a 3D preview removes the risk, and how to pick an exhibition stand builder in Egypt that designs and manufactures under one roof.

What an exhibition stand is, and what it has to do

An exhibition stand, or booth, is the space a brand rents on a show floor and fits out to meet buyers. People use the words stand and booth for the same thing. The stand has one job: stop the right people, hold them long enough for a real conversation, and make the brand look like the safe choice in the hall.

Good stands earn their floor. They guide a visitor from the aisle to a clear message, to a place to talk, to a reason to act. Everything else, the lighting, the storage, the counter height, serves that path.

Custom or modular: which booth fits your show

A modular booth is built from a kit of reusable parts. It goes up fast and costs less, and it works when the goal is presence rather than a statement. A custom booth is designed for one brand and one show. It costs more and takes longer, and it is the right call when the stand has to carry weight, win a category, or host senior meetings.

Most brands that come back to a show year after year move to custom. The stand becomes part of how the market reads them. We design and build custom stands for that reason.

What an exhibition booth costs in Egypt

There is no single price for a booth in Egypt, and any builder who quotes one before reading your brief is guessing. Cost follows a few things: the stand size in square metres, whether it is custom or modular, the materials and finish, the number of levels, and the show itself.

A small modular stand sits at the low end. A custom double-decker for a category leader sits far above it. The honest answer is a quote against a brief. Tell us the show, the stand size, and what you need the space to do, and we return an itemised number.

See the stand in 3D before anyone builds it

The biggest risk on a stand is approving a flat drawing and meeting something different on site. A 3D model removes it. Before fabrication starts, you see the stand as a photoreal 3D render and walkthrough, turn it around, and ask for changes while changes are still cheap.

By the time the workshop cuts a single panel, you have already stood inside the stand. That is how 3D booth design should work.

Building for Egypt's big shows

Most of Egypt's trade shows run through the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. Each hall reads a stand its own way. A buyer at Food Africa wants a sample and a signature. An engineer at EGYPES wants spec and a senior handshake. A developer at Cityscape wants to picture a sales office.

We have built across that calendar, including Emerson and the petroleum sector at EGYPES, and Novara at Cityscape. You can see the stands in our work.

Pavilions and mega-builds

Some briefs are larger than a stand. At COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh we built sixteen pavilions across roughly three thousand square metres in a single week, as production partner to the event. Pavilion construction in Egypt asks for a different kind of builder, one with its own factory and crews. You can read the COP27 build.

How to choose an exhibition stand builder in Egypt

The question that matters is who actually builds the stand. Many agencies design, then hand the file to a separate workshop, then to a separate install crew. Each handover is a place for the stand to drift from the drawing.

We design, manufacture, and install in-house from our Cairo workshop. One team owns the stand from the first 3D model to the last bolted panel. That is the difference between a render and a finished stand on the morning the doors open.

Planning a stand for an Egyptian show? Tell us the show and the size, and we will design, build, and install it. Start with exhibition stand design and build.
