Cityscape Egypt is the country's largest real estate exhibition, held each September at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. Informa Markets runs it, and the 2026 edition gathers more than eighty developers, a thousand projects and around forty thousand visitors over four days.
A property stand sells a place the buyer cannot walk through yet. You have to put them inside it before it exists: the address, the finish, and the life the development promises.
We design Cityscape stands as sales rooms. A model and a screen show the masterplan, a private majlis closes the serious buyer, and the materials on the walls match the ones going into the build. It is the first show home they walk through.
We built Novara at Cityscape, designed and produced end to end in our workshop. The brief was a calm, confident room that made a new name feel established on a crowded floor.
Developers sell on trust, so the stand has to feel as finished as the brochure. We render it, build it and install it ourselves, and it holds that standard from the first viewing to the last.
